Trip to Aspendell

7/5/09: We took Austyn on her first trip to the mountains for the fourth of July weekend. We visited Papa in Aspendell and had lots of fun! Here are some pictures from our trip...
Austyn went on her first hike from North Lake to Grass Lake. We had to cover her in mosquito net so she wouldn't get bit!

We watched daddy fish and then went on another hike to try and find a waterfall and Austyn got to see some horses (she didn't really notice them though!) Then daddy jumped into the creek, then mommy, then Austyn got her feet dirty- she didn't go in the creek!Fourth of July! We went to the Aspendell annual potluck - no fireworks for Austyn this year!
