2/23/09: The nursery is pretty much ready! Now we just wait for her to arrive!

Growing Belly- 37 weeks

2/22/09: I am now officially considered "full term." This means that I can go into labor any day and it will be perfectly fine. We had a Dr.'s appointment last Friday and everything looks good. She now weighs about 6 1/3 pounds and measures 19" long (like a stalk of swiss chard).

We've been busy working on the nursery and are just about finished! A few more shelves to hang and then the room is pretty much ready. We'll post some pictures later this week once it's done.

Beach Day

2/20/09: Here are some pictures from a sunny San Diego beach day in January. These were taken a few weeks ago.

Growing Belly- 36 weeks

2/16/09: Weighing almost 6 pounds (like a crenshaw melon) and measuring about 18 1/2 inches long, she sure is growing!

We spent all weekend getting her room ready. Everything's coming along and the hospital bag is now in the car! We're only about 3 1/2 weeks away and the big day could happen anytime. Ready or not....

Baby Shower

2/8/09: My baby shower was this weekend and I had such a great time seeing everyone. Jennifer did a beautiful job hosting the shower and I feel very lucky to have such great family and friends. Everyone was so generous and now the baby will be set when she arrives! Thank you all for coming and thank you Jen for making it all happen.

Growing Belly- 35 weeks

2/8/09: She's still 18" long and weighs 5 1/4 pounds (same as a honeydew melon)! She has a little over a month to go and we're getting ready for the big day!

It seems like there's a lot to do before she arrives but we're anxiously waiting!

Growing Belly- 34 weeks

2/1/09: She's 18 inches long and weighs 4 & 3/4 pounds (like a cantaloupe). Less than 6 weeks to go (give or take) and we're getting really excited!

My belly is getting bigger by the week and I have a feeling it's got a lot more growing to do!
